When they found a fresh water source below the seabed, we immediately became intrigued! And once the water then turned out to be of extraordinary quality and clarity and with a distinct taste, we knew we had struck gold. The water then even turned out to be extremely well suited for distilling, creating a very clean and smooth vodka with a distinct maritime character. Adding a little distilled seaweed provides a bit of nuttiness and floral notes to the slightly salty taste.
